Description
The Bijlsma Hercules grading machines are distinguished by their unique drive of the shaking mechanism. High and low shaking speeds and their duration can be set independently of each other. This makes it possible to set an optimal shaking frequency for each tuber shape under all circumstances. The heavy-duty crankshaft in combination with the electronically adjustable drive ensures a very quiet operation of the machine, even when the machine is set up on an extension frame, as is the case, for example, with grading lines. After removing the sieve clamp, the sieves can be slid sideways in or out of the sieve boxes. This simple operation can be performed on both sides of the machine. Long-shaped tubers that get stuck in the mesh of the sieves are pushed out of the mesh by the double automatic sieve cleaner.
