ERME RL2
This two-row harvester binder machine is carried behind the tractor with a multi-position three-point linkage. Minimal distance between rows is 45 cm. System includes:
- two front leaf lifters
- shoe for lifting garlic heads, manual depth adjustment
- two harvesting belts, manual height adjustment
- vibration system to eliminate soil, with knob to adjust speed
- safety pressure valve system in case of blockage of belts
- binding unit with several adjustments (size of bundles/tying height)
- transfer conveyor
- lateral guiding of rows during harvest
- hydraulic ram on main frame/ rear side conveyor belt to drop bundles to one side
- drive system- two hydraulic pumps with a multiplicator mounted directly on PTO shaft (540rpm)/ hydraulic oil tank with cooling system
