Job duties:

- Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations
- Pull wire through conduits and through holes in walls and floors for the Mooij installation.

PGS Equipment Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated individual to work with customers and internal departments to support technology including optical sorting, automation, ventilation control systems, and data for product, software and service offerings. The person in this role will be responsible for setup, troubleshooting and resolving customer and employee technology issues. They will also work with other team members to pro-actively implement solutions that improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and troubleshoot technology for optical sorters, ventilation systems, fertigation systems and line automatization.
- Enables off-season customer readiness by maintaining up-to-date information on customer equipment as it relates to our company support
- Pro-actively identify customer support needs and create solutions including educational videos and instruction manuals to pro-actively eliminate downtime or provide solutions to common failures.
- Maintain current product knowledge on all new/used equipment potentially saleable by the dealership, including features/benefits and machine compatibility/ technology integration.
- Supports internal and external training on technology products, services, and resources
- Assist in leading the organization in the area of technology products and serve as the internal and external technical specialist.
- Project management, from installation till commissioning and training.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in an agricultural-related role with activities such as sales, service, training, or other related work. Prior experience with row crop farming and support is preferred.
- Associate degree, or higher, in an agricultural-related major or equivalent experience.
- Solid communication skills. Can deal with and effectively resolve challenging customer issues.
- Language skills, a good command of English and at least one of the following second languages: French, Dutch or German.
- Extremely organized, sensitive to deadlines and accessible based on business needs.
- Must be driven to achieve results in a timely manner, highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
